Some Photos From the Final Bit

Spiff's spiffy rain outfit, crossing one of the many torrential rivers in the Glacier Peak wilderness. We took the original PCT through the area, which was pummeled by floods in 2003 that washed out many bridges and other portions of the trail.

we were just gone for 5 months?

well, here we are, sitting in a room with music and warmth and no rain or mice! we made it, all 2650 miles, and it is indeed odd to be back. back around people and all my stuff that i don't need, and warm beds at night, and good food. if you don't hear from us, it's probably because making plans is overwhelming. unless you want to make plans like- i'll see you at second breakfast after 5 miles.

i'm sure we will post more after we've settled in a bit. hope to catch you seattle-ites as we readjust to city lifestyle. my phone is back on, but unfortunately doesn't work. anyone got an extra working sprint phone lying around? in any case, i can always check my messages and see you all soon.
